Retail Sales Executive

Responsibilities

      Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

      Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs.

      Maintain proper inventory levels and restock shelves as needed

      Recommend and upsell products to customers to maximize sales

      Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and shelves.

      Promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement

      Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

      Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals

      Cross-sell products and services

      Stay updated with new products and services launches

      Identify new leads and conduct cold calling to convert them into regular customers

Requirements

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
