Retail Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store-wise sales targets and monthly revenue goals

• Recruit, train, and manage in-store sales staff

• Monitor daily store performance and KPIs

• Execute promotional and merchandising strategies

• Maintain high customer service standards

• Optimize inventory turnover and reduce shrinkage

• Conduct regular competitor analysis and market trend tracking

• Liaise with marketing and operations for store-level execution

Requirements:

• 4+ years in retail sales, 2+ years in a managerial role

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficient in retail POS systems and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
