·        Male or Female – aged between 20 – 40 years of age

·        Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with experience in retail or merchandising

·        Pleasing personality and well groomed

·        Strong communication skills

·        Good Aesthetic sense

·        Have a good sense of direction

·        Responsibility to train members of the sales team
