Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, answering inquiries about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
Provide product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the features and benefits of various car models.
Generate sales leads and follow up on inquiries from potential customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the vehicle inventory, promotions, and special offers.
Process sales transactions, including completing all necessary paperwork and documentation.
Negotiate prices and financing terms with customers while adhering to company guidelines.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Assist with showroom organization, ensuring vehicles are clean, well-presented, and stocked.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the dealership.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive in the market.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals.
