Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, spare parts, and tools. GRN and submit Original Invoice to Accounts. Store materials in designated locations with proper labelling and tracking. Issue materials to production and maintenance teams as per requirements. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory to the Store Manager. Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or ERP/software systems. Prepare and update material issue slips, goods receipt notes (GRN), Bin-card and stock reports. Coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment of critical stock items. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock status.
