Manage daily operations of the hotel's retail store
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
To take physical inventory of all the items on a regular basis and ERP Software with the records.
Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.
Requirements.
10 year experience in hotel store management.
High school diploma preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork.
Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
