1. Daily management and supervision of cold and dry storage areas.

2. Inventory control, stock verification, and timely stock rotation.

3. Maintaining hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI norms.

4. Coordination with procurement and dispatch teams.

5. Recording and reporting of stock inflow/outflow.

6. Managing inward and outward goods with accurate documentation.

Required skills:

• Strong understanding of cold and dry storage procedure.

• Basic knowledge of inventory software.

• Attention to detail and problem solving attitude.

• Ability to lead helpers/labourers.

• Physically active and capable of handling stock movements.
