Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and lead the store team to meet business goals while maintaining CaratLane's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service: Achieve sales targets, provide excellent service, and address customer concerns.
Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage the team for optimal performance.
Store Operations: Handle inventory, cash management, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive and brand-aligned store displays.

Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in retail, preferably luxury/jewelry.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
