Retail Store Manager – Rishikesh Location: Rishikesh Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team, optimizing inventory, and maintaining the store’s overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Store Management: Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain store standards.Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve concerns efficiently.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure top performance.Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, reduce losses, and coordinate with suppliers.Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and product displays are attractive and organized.Reporting & Analysis: Monitor store performance, prepare reports, and implement improvements.Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to store policies and security procedures.Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in retail/store management. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory). Skills: Leadership, sales, problem-solving, and customer service expertise. Tech Knowledge: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Excel.
