Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead and manage daily operations of our exclusive women’s bottom wear store. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high store standards, ensuring exceptional customer service, and motivating the team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue:
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly store sales to meet and exceed targets.
Analyze sales trends and product performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Effectively manage promotional activities, store events, and seasonal campaigns.
2. Customer Service:
Ensure superior customer experience through excellent service and product knowledge.
Handle escalated customer concerns and queries with professionalism.
Create a customer-first culture within the store.
3. Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate store staff for high performance.
Manage team rosters, attendance, and daily task allocations.
Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.
4. Visual Merchandising:
Ensure store displays, mannequins, and VM guidelines are maintained according to brand standards.
Plan and execute new arrivals and promotional displays in alignment with the brand's image.
5. Inventory & Stock Management:
Monitor stock levels, replenishments, and transfers between stores.
Manage shrinkage and ensure accurate stock audits.
Coordinate with the warehouse and buying team for timely stock availability.
6. Reporting:
Maintain daily sales reports, footfall tracking, conversion rates, and productivity reports.
Submit regular reports to the Area Manager with actionable insights and improvement suggestions.
Key Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good understanding of retail KPIs (conversion rate, ATV, UPT, stock turn, etc.)
Eye for fashion trends, especially in women’s wear
Ability to manage store operations independently
Hands-on experience in visual merchandising
