Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
individuals to lead our team as a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent
organizational skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled service to our
valued customers. As a key member of our management team, the Store
Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, maximizing profitability,
and upholding the reputation of our brand.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and fostering

2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase
revenue, and maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of

3. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring they are

5. Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to

6. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management,

Qualifications and Other Details:
1. Salary for a Assistant Store Manager will be between 40000 to 50000 plus
incentives
2. Minimum Educational Qualification should be a Bachelors Degree
3. Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 2 years in a
leadership role, preferably in the jewellery industry.
4. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating
high-performing teams.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
6. Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales forecasting,
inventory control, and financial management.
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with point-of-sale systems
and inventory management software.
8. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven
decisions to achieve business objectives.
