Role Overview:

MacV is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail eyewear store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

Drive sales and meet store revenue targets.

Provide an outstanding shopping experience to customers.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.

Store Operations & Management:

Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the store.

Maintain inventory levels, stock accuracy, and product display standards.

Ensure the store is well-lit, clean, and provides a welcoming ambiance.

Oversee cash handling, billing, and store-related documentation.

Team Leadership & Training:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and performance goals.

Train staff on product knowledge, customer handling, and store operations.

Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:

Ensure shelves and racks are well-stocked and products are neatly arranged.

Maintain in-store branding, promotional displays, and marketing materials.

Compliance & Reporting:

Adhere to company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Prepare sales reports and update management on store performance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.

Prior experience in retail/store management, preferably in eyewear, fashion, or luxury retail.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail store management.

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Retail, Business, or Sales).
