Job Title: Sales Executive
A. TELE SALES
1. To properly follow up on leads received to be able to then filter them into qualified leads as per laid down criteria.
2. To prepare strategies and targets to increase leads from these platforms.
3. To follow up on qualified leads to optimize maximum conversion through walkins and otherwise.
4. To review quotations received from Admin prior to sending to clients to ensure accuracy of information.
5. To follow up for advance payment once the quotation has been accepted by potential clients and ensure the same is received as per terms defined in the quotation.
6. To check progress on fulfillment and keep the client updated at all times.
7. To arrange balance payment from clients once the goods are ready for dispatch or as per the terms defined in the quotation or sales order.
8. To follow up with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and safe delivery is done as per the sales order.
9. To arrange feedback from the clients once the goods have been received and communicate internally to relevant team members.
10. To fulfil the data governance requirements i.e. daily, weekly, monthly or as per laid down processes.
B. OPTIMIZE SALES THROUGH WALKINS
1. To host & greet in a very hospitable manner to set the tone for the ensuing architects.
2. To understand the potential client requirements and then assess the feasibility of fulfilment either from stock available or to be manufactured.
3. To take the potential client on a tour of the premises highlighting the strengths of the company, their products and also providing an opportunity to the potential client to empower his interest and help them to finalize their purchase list.
4. To arrange the quotation from Admin for the items finalized by the potential client, rates and other terms have been agreed with them. To also arrange the complete payment before shipment.
C. OTHERS 1.
To perform any other tasks allocated from time to time.
2. To be a team player and foster teamwork for best productivity and good culture in the organization.
3. To ensure that accurate data around areas responsible is available at all times and completed in the database as per processes accurately.
4. To always be courteous, polite, patient and enable every interaction to be a very pleasant experience for the customers.
