Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and friendly Store Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, processing payments, and preparing milkshakes to meet customer specifications. Your goal will be to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured.

• Prepare milkshakes according to customer preferences, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash handling and issuing receipts.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

• Assist in restocking and inventory management as needed.

• Stay informed about menu items and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shifts:

  • Morning Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM

  • Closing Shift: 3 PM to 12 AM

• Weekly off: One day per week

Qualifications:

• Age: 18 to 25 years

• Any 10th onwards

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic math skills for accurate billing and cash handling.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
