Job Overview:

VHS Staffing Solutions is looking for a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of workers operating in stalls. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain discipline, and enhance productivity while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate stall workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

• Assign duties and monitor staff performance, providing guidance and support.

• Ensure stalls are well-organized, clean, and meet safety standards.

• Handle staff scheduling and resolve any attendance or performance issues.

• Train new workers and reinforce company policies and procedures.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Ensure all operational processes run smoothly and address any challenges proactively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Ability to handle conflicts and problem-solve efficiently.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.

• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management (preferred).

Salary:

₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
