Job Position : Academic Counsellor
Work Mode: Remote
Experience - Minimum 1 years of experience in Educational Sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sourcing new Sales Opportunities through Outbound calling
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
Understanding customers' needs and pitching the business model to them
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Identifying the right leads, creating a rapport with a new prospect over the phone, email and in person meetings
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Following up with prospects and scheduling appointment with the sales manager for further development and closure
Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects across different regions in India
Provide appropriate reports and analysis on a daily/weekly basis and solicit feedback

Possesses outstanding communication abilities and enjoys engaging with customers
Exhibits enthusiasm and confidence in communication
Demonstrates strong listening skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Capable of achieving set targets
Bilingual - fluent in both English and Hindi
