We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate course information, and assisting in enrollment. Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about course options, admission procedures, and career prospects.

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Follow up with leads to ensure successful enrollment.

• Maintain and update student records and databases.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the admission process.

• Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or related disciplines preferred).

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in admissions counseling or a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven with good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
