Key Responsibilities:-

1)Lead Generation & Marketing Activities:-

Conduct ATL and BTL marketing activities to generate leads and increase student admissions.
Organize and participate in seminars in schools, public spaces, and residential areas within the assigned territory.
Execute marketing campaigns and contribute to business development strategies.

2)School Visits & Business Development:-

Visit schools and meet with principals, coordinators, and key management to establish relationships and promote admissions.
Represent the organization in educational forums and build strong partnerships with local schools and tuition centers.
Counseling & Enrollment:

Provide personalized counseling to students and parents through home visits to assist in the decision-making process.
Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the admission process, ensuring student enrollments are successfully completed.

3)Relationship Building & Networking:-

Engage with local tuition teachers to identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities.
Leverage local networks to expand the student base and meet admissions targets.

4)Compliance & Process Adherence:-

Ensure strict adherence to the organization’s internal processes and compliance regulations during the admission process.

Qualifications:-

1)Bachelor’s degree is a must.
2)Preferred qualifications include BTech, MBA, or a Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
3)Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4)Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
