Understand student needs, interests, and career goals to suggest suitable courses.
Follow a structured counseling and sales process to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects who visited the center or showed interest in joining.
Coordinate with the telecalling team for follow-up leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
Handle inquiries from various sources such as walk-ins, phone calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
Maintain student records and reports using internal tools/CRM.
Collect fees and complete admission formalities.
Support students in understanding the class schedule, faculty coordination, and orientation process.
