Job Title: Area Officer - Manpower & Security Industry

Experience: 2-5 Years (Preferred from Manpower/Security Industry)
Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Officer to oversee and manage manpower and security operations in assigned locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, client satisfaction, business development, and smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Operations & Deployment:
Oversee manpower deployment and security services across assigned sites.
Ensure workforce availability as per client requirements.
Monitor and maintain attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules.

✅ Client Relationship Management:
Act as the key point of contact for clients and ensure service satisfaction.
Address and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular site visits and review performance.

✅ Sales & Business Development:
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for manpower/security services.
Identify and acquire new clients in the assigned region.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to explore new opportunities.

✅ Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations (labor laws, PF, ESI, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of operations, attendance, and incident reports.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and operational updates.

Key Requirements:
✔ Experience: 2-5 years in manpower or security services industry with sales experience.
✔ Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in relevant field preferred.
✔ Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in business development.
Knowledge of security operations, labor compliance, and workforce management.
