Job Overview:

WELLME PIPES is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Officer to expand our market presence and boost sales in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring revenue growth in their designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets by identifying and converting potential customers, including dealers, distributors, and contractors.

• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand the brand’s presence in the assigned area.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously building new connections.

• Sales Monitoring: Track sales performance and provide regular reports on sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Product Promotion: Educate customers about WELLME PIPES’ products, benefits, and applications.

• Order Management: Ensure timely order placements and coordinate with the supply chain for smooth deliveries.

• On-field Visits: Conduct regular visits to retailers, distributors, and project sites to ensure strong market coverage.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years in sales (preferably in the pipes, plumbing, or building materials industry).

• Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

  • Preferred: Experience in B2B Sales, Candidate from PVC Conduit pipe industry will be preferred
