Job Summary:

The Assistant Center Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the cosmetology clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality customer service, and compliance with clinic standards. This role supports the Center Manager in managing staff, optimizing client experience, handling administrative duties, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinic Operations Management

• Assist in the daily management of clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

• Oversee appointment scheduling, client flow, and treatment room availability.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards in cosmetology treatments.

2. Customer Experience & Service Quality

• Monitor and enhance customer experience by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

• Assist in handling client complaints professionally and resolving service issues promptly.

• Ensure staff provides personalized consultation and aftercare guidance to clients.

3. Sales & Business Development

• Support in achieving clinic sales targets by promoting cosmetology services, skincare treatments, and related products.

• Assist in developing and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.

• Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

4. Staff Supervision & Training

• Assist in supervising clinical and administrative staff, ensuring adherence to performance and service standards.

• Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills in cosmetology treatments and customer service.

• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.

5. Inventory & Resource Management

• Monitor stock levels of skincare products, medical supplies, and clinic equipment.

• Ensure proper inventory tracking and place orders as needed.

• Prevent product wastage and maintain cost efficiency.

6. Administrative & Financial Duties

• Maintain accurate records of client transactions, invoices, and financial reports.
