Salary Structure - Upto 4.5 lacs per annum { based on experience and candidate last salary }

Mobile Allowances - 500/ - { On bill upload }

1-Greetings - Assistant sales manager is responsible for recruiting agents such as Existing life insurance agents /RD post office agents /Financial institutions /Housewives/Retired person /Self employed business people etc .

2-Creating own team of agents { through social media activities/ Field activities/Self contacts }
