Responsibilities

• Promote and sell life/general insurance products to customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective lead conversion.

• Identify potential customers through cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to customers clearly.

• Support branch staff in cross-selling insurance products.

• Ensure timely collection of premiums and completion of documentation.

• Conduct customer follow-ups for policy renewals and servicing.

• Track market trends and competitor offerings to suggest improvements.

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to branch or regional heads.
