Branch Sales Manager

Say Finance is looking for a professional, target-oriented Branch Sales Manager to join their team in Indore at Vijay Nagar. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive HL, LAP, PL & BL Sales Across Indore & surrounding area of Indore Location within the assigned area.

• Recruit Train and manage a team of sales officer, & RM.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through Direct Sourcing, Open Market & DST.

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.

• Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and motivate them to repeat business.

• Prepare and deliver sales pitches tailored to client needs.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly and Annual Sales targets set by the Management.

• Implement marketing & Promotional strategies to increase Customer acquisition.

• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role must have 12th Pass and 0.5-4 years of experience in sales/business development. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
