Job Role: Business Analyst
Experience: 2-4 years
CTC: 2.4 to 4.8 Lakh INR/Annum
Joining Preference: Immediate
Work Location: Kolathur, Chennai

Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
o Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, end-users, and development teams to gather and document business requirements.
o Analyse and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
2. Documentation:
o Create detailed business documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
o Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure clarity and traceability.
3. Wireframing and Prototyping:
o Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visually represent user interfaces and system functionality.
o Use tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, or Sketch to create wireframes that communicate design ideas effectively.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
o Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project objectives and requirements.
o Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project status, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
5. Coordination and Project Management:
o Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
o Assist in project planning, task scheduling, and resource allocation.
6. Logical and Analytical Thinking:
o Utilize strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
o Conduct feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
7. Training and Support:
o Provide training to end-users on new systems and functionalities.
o Offer ongoing support and maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently till delivery.
8. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the business analysis domain.
o Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology.
Requirements:
• Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
o 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the software development or IT sector.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies.
o Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, or Sketch.
o Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
o Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
o Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships and work collaboratively with team members.
o Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Analytical Skills:
o Sharp analytical and logical thinking capabilities to solve complex business problems.
o Attention to detail in documenting requirements and processes.
