Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store align with company standards.
Monitor and report on store performance metrics, including sales, inventory levels, and footfall.
2. Inventory Management
Manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.
Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to ensure timely restocking of items.
3. Customer Service
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Train staff on customer service standards and sales techniques.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Staff Management
Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising store staff.
Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high productivity.
5. Sales and Marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and campaigns.
Monitor sales trends and provide recommendations to improve store performance.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
6. Compliance and Security
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Monitor store security to prevent theft, shrinkage, and other risks.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
