We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate and close leads for our security guard services. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Lead Generation & Closing Sales: Identify potential clients through cold calls, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals. Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Client Meetings & Negotiation: Meet clients, present our security solutions, and negotiate pricing based on their requirements.
Proposal & Contract Handling: Draft and send proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitors to develop winning sales strategies.
CRM & Follow-ups: Maintain records of prospects and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into deals.
Revenue Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security services, manpower outsourcing, or facility management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital networking platforms.
Ability to travel for client meetings (if required).
