Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement: Own and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets for the assigned team.
Team Leadership: Manage a telesales team of 30+ members handling high-ticket sales (min. ₹25K per sale).
Performance & Data Analytics: Analyze sales trends, track lead conversion, and identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement: Implement best-in-class performance metrics and quality improvements.
Strategic Initiatives: Lead direct marketing, local promotions, and efficiency-driven projects.
Training & Development: Design and execute training programs for new and existing team members.
