Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

Outbound Calls
Make calls to potential or existing customers based on leads or contact lists.
Introduce the company’s products, services, or offers to prospects.

Inbound Calls Handling
Answer customer queries and provide information about products/services.
Address customer concerns, feedback, or complaints effectively.

Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and generate sales leads to increase company revenue.
Cross-sell and upsell company products or services during calls.

Database Management
Update and maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.

Customer Follow-ups
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Keep track of leads and ensure timely follow-up to nurture relationships.

Achieve Targets
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to actual sales.

Provide Reports
Provide regular reports to supervisors regarding calls made, results, and feedback from customers.

Market Research
Collect data from customers regarding preferences, needs, and trends to help improve marketing strategies.
