We are looking for a results-driven Business Development cum CRM profile to join our Team for our HR Staffing company in Kolkata location.
Primary Skills :
This role requires Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation Skills. The incumbent should have the ability to research for the potential opportunities and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn etc.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, including job descriptions, skills requirements, and salary expectations, providing excellent service and building trust.
3. Research and identify potential clients in target industries and geographic areas.
4. Participate in sales activities, such as making presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
5. Contribute to the Organization’s overall business development strategy by identifying new opportunities and developing new markets.
6. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and client relationships.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in the recruitment and placement industry, attending seminars etc.
8. Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
9. Understand and oversee the recruitment process to ensure smooth hiring.
10. Address client concerns.
