Job Overview:

We are looking for a Management Trainee with excellent communication skills in English to assist in business operations, client communication, and meeting coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to develop leadership and managerial skills in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1 Client Communication:

• Communicate with clients via email, calls, and meetings to understand their requirements.

• Assist in responding to client inquiries and maintaining relationships.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to clients regarding projects and services.

2 Meeting Coordination:

• Schedule and organize meetings between clients and internal teams.

• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth meeting execution.

3 Business Sales & Management:

• Assist in multiple business functions, including marketing, sales, and project management.

• Work closely with senior management to understand business strategies.

• Conduct market research and contribute to business growth initiatives.

4 Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.

• Maintain records of client communications and meeting outcomes.

• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies.

Requirements:

• Freshers with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related fields.

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
