We are seeking a dynamic and driven Female Business Development Executive with 1 to 4 years of experience in event management. The ideal candidate will have a flair for communication, strong networking skills, and a passion for delivering creative event solutions. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and experiential marketing space.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored event solutions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch documents.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, production) to ensure seamless execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Minimum 1 year and maximum 4 years of experience in business development/sales within the event management industry.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think creatively and propose innovative event solutions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Existing network of corporate clients or agencies is a plus.
Fluent in English and regional language(s).
