Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to work in the field, identify, and recruit drivers to expand our operational network. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of local markets, and the ability to engage and onboard drivers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to identify and recruit potential drivers.
Develop and implement strategies to onboard drivers efficiently.
Build strong relationships with drivers and address their concerns.
Promote the company’s offerings and benefits to attract drivers.
Gather market intelligence and provide insights for business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless driver onboarding and activation.
Meet recruitment targets within the designated time frame.
Organize recruitment campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
Ensure all recruited drivers meet company requirements and legal compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
6 Months of experience in field sales, business development, or recruitment .
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.
Knowledge of local markets and understanding of driver networks is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle (if required).
