Job Summary:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining
relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and
concerns promptly and effectively. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships
with clients to maximize business opportunities and achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
• Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and
concerns.
• Understand client needs and develop plans to address them.
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalate as needed.
• Business Development:
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue
new business opportunities.
• Promote company products and services to meet client needs.
• Client Communication:
• Communicate regularly with clients to update them on new products,
services, and enhancements.
• Provide clients with reports and updates on their accounts.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys and reviews to gather feedback
and improve services.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, finance) to
ensure client needs are met.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and
challenges.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Executive or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude with a customer-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
