Job Responsibilities: Searching for prospective clients, exploring new business opportunities at our existing clients & doing marketing w.r.t. our various projects. Preparation of proposals, PPTs & providing demonstrations at clients place & providing training to clients-ordination with our Business partners to promote our projects. Supporting the client officials in processing .tenders & auctions starting from creation of tender/auction & upto downloading of comparative statement/completion of auction & sharing the reports. This involves preparation of tender documents, bids & templatesSupport to be given through telephonic mode, online mode & visit to concerned office if required.Supporting bidder community through telephonic call & if required through online.Submission of invoices & collection of bills.Regular follow ups with departments w.r.t. new tenders & auctionsVisiting other locations if required. (Out Station travel)10. Searching for prospective clients
