Position Overview: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to fill the roles of Business Development Managers and Executives. The primary responsibility of these positions is to drive sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our real estate offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contacting and following up with new prospective clients and setting up site visits.
• Convert prospects into customers by providing a visit of the projects, show flats, and other amenities.
• Plan approaches and pitches.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Attending new and existing clients at site and coordinating with them on the phone, handling incoming enquiry calls, preparing daily lead generation report, sourcing, CRM, following up with leads, preparing prospect list networking.
• Understanding client’s requirement and arranging meetings, scheduling site visits with clients and closing deals Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
