Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our Solar sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers via phone calls, promoting solar PV products and services, and generating sales leads. The role requires effective communication skills, an understanding of solar energy solutions, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales or appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

            

  • Receive calls from India mart convert them sales 

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

  • Explain the benefits of solar energy and photovoltaic systems in a clear and persuasive manner.

  • Answer customer questions and address concerns about solar products, installation, and financing options.

  • Generate and schedule appointments for the field sales team.

  • Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships to convert inquiries into sales.

  • Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and sales.

  • Provide accurate information regarding pricing, product specifications, and installation timelines.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine communication strategies and improve customer engagement.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, solar incentives, and advancements in photovoltaic technologies.

  • Appoint dealers and distributors for b2b and b2c sales 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years 

  • Education:  Diploma in Electrical /Any digree  ( Degree in sales, marketing, or renewable energy is a plus.)

  • Communication/  Language  : Multi language ,Kannada ,English ,Hindi  Excellent verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and friendly attitude.
