We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Business development Telesales executive with fluent Hindi-speaking skills to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to convert leads into business opportunities.
✅ Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers.
✅ Explain products/services and generate interest.
✅ Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
✅ Convert prospects into business deals.
✅ Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
✅ Meet daily/weekly call targets and reporting requirements.
✔ Fluent in Hindi (Knowledge of English or other regional languages is a plus).

✔ Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (preferred).
✔ Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
