Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)
1. Lead Generation and Cold Calling: o Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services. o Identify prospects and qualify leads based on interest and business potential.
2. Client Engagement: o Schedule and confirm appointments with interested clients after initial calls. o Inform the manager of scheduled appointments and coordinate followups.
3. Sales Presentations: o Visit clients with product samples and present the oƯerings in a professional manner. o Highlight the benefits of gifting services, vending machine solutions, and food products tailored to their needs.
4. Relationship Building: o Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, food product purchasers, and vending machine stakeholders. o Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
5. Market Research: o Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. o Provide feedback and insights to the management for strategic decisionmaking.
6. Sales Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities. o Submit regular updates and reports to the manager on progress and achievements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and goal-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits. Key Attributes:
