We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals to help the company expand its client base and market presence.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients
Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Prepare and negotiate business proposals and contracts
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support lead generation campaigns
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
