Job Description
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align on business goals and client needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development performance.
