About Us:
Atlas Homestay is a premium serviced apartment brand in Hyderabad, offering high-quality hospitality and personalized guest experiences. We're known for our 5-star service, excellent guest satisfaction, and efficient operations. We're currently looking for a Guest Experience Manager to lead daily guest interactions, coordinate backend operations, and enhance our hospitality standards.
Role Overview:
This is a hybrid role combining hospitality, basic operations, and light admin duties. Your primary focus will be ensuring a 5-star experience for every guest, while also tracking service/maintenance schedules, inventory, and offline payments. Experience with basic decoration setups for guest events is a plus, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Primary Focus (70–80%)
✅ Guest Experience & Hospitality
Manage guest communication before, during, and after their stay via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
Send timely pre-arrival, check-in, and checkout reminders.
Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Assist with special guest requests and provide personalized service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
✅ Operations & Coordination
Oversee check-in and checkout processes for efficiency.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services.
Ensure rooms are clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
Log and track guest feedback, complaints, and incident reports.
✅ Issue Resolution & Maintenance
Address guest concerns promptly and ensure a quick resolution.
Report and follow up on maintenance requests with the operations team.
Maintain an incident log to prevent recurring issues.
✅ Marketing & Reputation Management
Encourage guests to leave 5-star reviews on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Google.
Manage guest feedback professionally to maintain a strong online reputation.
Assist in guest loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
🔸 Additional Responsibilities (10–20%)
🧾 Inventory & Asset Management
• Maintain a digital inventory for appliances in each unit.
• Schedule routine service for:
· Lift (monthly)
· RO filters (3–4 months)
· AC units (pre-summer/monsoon)
· Tank cleaning (yearly)
· Coordinate with vendors and keep service logs updated.
💵 Direct Booking & Payment Tracking
• Log all offline/direct bookings in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Record guest name, stay duration, amount paid, and mode.
• Share weekly payment summaries and other reports with the Management.
🎉 Bonus Skill: Basic Event Setup & Decorations (Guest Request Only)
• Arrange simple balloon setups for birthdays/anniversaries.
• Handle in-house or vendor-managed decorations when requested.
• Ensure pricing and quality meet Atlas Homestay’s standards.
Note: This is a bonus skill and not part of the core job role.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service (required).
✔️ Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
✔️ Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented approach.
✔️ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
✔️ Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, and Excel (preferred).
✔️ Event or decoration experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
