Role Overview

As a General & Health Insurance Manager , you will be an individual contributor, responsible for cold calling, pitching, and closing leads. Your primary focus will be selling insurance platform and onboarding clients onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling & Lead Conversion: Engage with potential clients, pitch insurance platform, and close deals.

• Market Research & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the General & Health Insurance domain.

• Consultative Sales Approach: Educate clients on insurance offerings and assist them in choosing the best plans.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and clients.

• Sales Reporting: Track leads, maintain CRM records, and provide regular sales updates to the team.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for someone with:

✔ 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the General Insurance / Health Insurance sector in India.

✔ Prior experience working with a General Insurer or an Insurance Broker.

✔ Proven ability in cold calling, sales pitching, and lead closure.

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
