The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across various sectors. As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance our market presence, increase sales, and support long-term company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the client base and revenue.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans.
· Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, highlighting company products and services.
· Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
· Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with company goals.
· Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
· Develop and maintain an extensive network of industry contacts.
· Collaborate with internal departments (product development, marketing, etc.) to align on customer needs and market demands.
· Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the tech or industrial sector.
· Proven track record of successful business development and sales achievements.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
· Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
· Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
