We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing digital marketing agency. You’ll be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales in digital services including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Web Development, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, networking, email campaigns, and online platforms.
Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, etc.) to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Attend industry events, webinars, and networking meets to build the brand presence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in digital marketing or advertising agencies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus.
