Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Noida. Experience: 3+ to 7+ years Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational Off) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and execute strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and team leadership, driving the company’s growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Strategy & Execution:  Develop and implement business growth strategies to boost sales and market presence.  Identify market trends and customer needs to shape future business opportunities. ✅ Client Relationship Management:  Build and nurture long-term client relationships.  Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met.  Address client feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction. ✅ Team Leadership & Management:  Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and business developers.  Set and monitor performance targets to ensure consistent achievement.  Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and market knowledge. ✅ Business Expansion & Sales:

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.  Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. ✅ Reporting & Analysis:  Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.  Analyze market data and competitor trends to refine strategies. Requirements:  Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in renewable/industrial sectors).  Strong leadership and team management skills.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.  Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.  Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Additional Qualifications:  Knowledge of Renewable Energy & Sustainability: Basic understanding of sustainable energy solutions, bio-fuels, or related industries is a plus.  Networking Skills: Ability to network and establish contacts with key industry players, stakeholders, and decision-makers.  Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to address
