Position: Business Development Executive – Manpower & Staffing Solutions
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2-5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach companies looking for manpower solutions (both technical and non-technical industries).

• Build and maintain relationships with HR departments, hiring managers, and decision-makers.

• Understand client staffing needs and provide solutions through QTY Solutions’ skilled workforce.

• Develop business strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure successful placements.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with companies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and hiring demands.

• Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or recruitment sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Knowledge of technical and non-technical hiring trends.

• Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or HR consulting is a plus.
