Job Summary:

Magenta Finance Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Telecaller for recovery and overdue collection. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with clients, managing overdue payments, and ensuring timely recovery. The role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and customer service expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• 📞 Customer Follow-up:

  • Make outbound calls to borrowers with overdue payments.

  • Remind clients about their pending EMIs and outstanding amounts.

  • Persuade and negotiate for payment commitments.

• 💬 Payment Recovery:

  • Convince clients to clear their overdue balances promptly.

  • Provide details about payment modes, due dates, and penalties.

  • Resolve queries related to overdue payments professionally.

• 🔍 Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and recovery status.

  • Update customer information in the system after each interaction.

  • Share daily and weekly recovery reports with the collection team.

• 🤝 Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the field recovery team to ensure effective follow-ups.

  • Escalate complex or non-cooperative cases to the senior recovery team.

Required Skills:

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
✅ Basic knowledge of microfinance loans and recovery processes.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
✅ Fluency in Hindi &  English

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling, recovery, or collection in NBFC/MFI.

• Industry: Microfinance, financial services, or banking.

• Target-driven and result-oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.

• Customer-centric with problem-solving skills.
