Job Title: Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide accurate information about products/services to clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client details.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Proven sales experience (minimum [X] years preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
